5. Product Information & Suitability

Descriptions of AquaMagna™ and Eco-Clamp™ on this Site reflect the products' design intent and documented performance characteristics across a range of commercial and industrial installations. The following conditions apply:

• Suitability assessment required: Products must be correctly selected for your specific pipe material, diameter, pressure rating, fluid type, flow velocity, and system configuration. Magna-Tek Solutions can assist with sizing and selection. Incorrect installation or misapplication may reduce or eliminate expected benefits.
• Professional installation: Installation must follow Magna-Tek Solutions' specifications and guidelines. Magna-Tek Solutions Inc. is not responsible for results arising from non-compliant or unauthorized installation methods.
• No purchase formed by this Site: Viewing product information, using a calculator, or submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute a purchase order, contract, or commitment by either party. All commercial transactions are subject to a separate written agreement, purchase order, and terms of sale.
• No regulatory advice: Product information on this Site does not constitute regulatory, environmental, engineering, or legal advice. Compliance with local codes, utility regulations, and health standards remains the responsibility of the facility operator.

6. No Warranty

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAGNA-TEK SOLUTIONS INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Damages arising from reliance on information or calculator outputs on this Site
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Damages arising from your inability to access or use the Site

In no event shall Magna-Tek Solutions Inc.'s total liability to you for any and all claims relating to this Site exceed CAD $100. This limitation applies even if Magna-Tek Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
